Baked Parmesan Chicken

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
2/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian-flavored Panko Crispy bread crumbs

Cut chicken pieces in half and pound out each piece to 1/2 inch thick. Combine mayo and cheese. Spread mixture onto both sides of chicken pieces. Coat evenly with crumbs.

Arrange on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees, for 20 minutes, or until no longer pink.

Serves 6
