BBQ Biscuit Cups

12 oz. can refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits, 10 count (Not Jumbo size)
1 Lb. lean ground beef
Favorite BBQ sauce, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease regular-size muffin pan.

Brown beef in large skillet; drain grease. Add beef back to pan and stir in desired amount of your favorite BBQ sauce. Set aside.

Pat each biscuit into a flat disc. Press into bottom and sides of prepared muffin tins. Spoon beef mixture evenly into each biscuit cup.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
