32 oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns (mostly thawed)
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
2 cups sour cream
10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, folding the sour cream in last.
Bake, uncovered, in a ungreased 9 x 13 pan, for 1 hour.
