12 (6") white corn tortillas, ripped into bite-sized pieces
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced (or shredded, if you prefer)
16 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10.5 oz.) canned cream of chicken soup
1 (10.5 oz.) canned cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 oz.) canned diced green chilies, drained
1/2 cup red or yellow onion, finely diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together. Place in a ungreased 9 x 13 dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 min. Let it set for 10 min. before serving.
