Creamy Baked Spaghetti

1 Lb lean ground beef
26 oz. jar traditional-flavored spaghetti sauce
13.25 oz. whole wheat spaghetti noodles, cooked
8 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown ground beef; drain. Add back to pan and stir in spaghetti sauce. In a greased 13 x 9 baking dish, spread cooked noodles. With a mixer, blend cream cheese and sour cream; spread over noodles. Top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
