I prefer this quick version over the real deal!
1-1/2 Lbs. boneless beef country ribs, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces, fat trimmed
2 cans (10.5 oz. each) cream of celery soup
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
A few dashes of ground black pepper
1 pkg. whole wheat wide egg noodles, cooked
Combine beef, soups, and seasonings in a crock pot; stir.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve meat and sauce over hot, cooked egg noodles.
Tip: They do make whole wheat egg noodles, if you prefer!
