A fun, new way to eat a burger!
1 Lb. lean ground beef
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
13.8 oz. tube refrigerated pizza crust
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook ground beef, bacon, and onions in a large skillet, until beef is browned. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
Add Velveeta cubes and cook until completely melted, stirring often. Remove from heat and set aside.
Unroll pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet. Press into a 15 x 8-inch rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Roll up dough, starting at one of the long sides. Roll should end up seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into slices and serve with your favorite condiments.
