1 cup baking cocoa
1 cup (2 sticks) butter (NOT margarine)
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbs. vanilla extract
Grease 7 x 11 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix sugar and cocoa. Set aside. In a microwave-proof bowl, heat milk and butter sticks for 2 minutes (butter should be completely melted). Stir to blend and add vanilla extract.
All at once pour liquid into powder mixture and mix well. Spoon fudge into baking dish. Chill, uncovered, until hardened. Cut into small bite-size portions, as this fudge is rich and sweet!
