Food Tip: Herbs
Don't have fresh herbs on hand? No problem! Substitute dried herbs for fresh in your recipe, using a ratio of 1:3. (Example: 1 teaspoon dried herbs = 1 tablespoon (which is 3 tsp.) of fresh herbs). Remember dried herbs get added while cooking, where as fresh herbs get added right at the end of cooking.
