What is HSLDA? It stands for Home School Legal Defense Association. I have been a member of this association since I began homeschooling. It provides me with the security of knowing my rights will always be protected and preserved! If you are a homeschooling parent, you can't afford NOT to have this! Homeschool parents across the nation are challenged by officials on a daily basis. HSLDA is a nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and protect the rights of homeschooling parents. In other words, should you encounter a legal issue regarding Homeschooling, they are there to represent you as a member. They are very knowledgeable in Homeschool law, and willing to fight for your rights as a homeschool parent. I highly recommend you pick up a membership for this next school year!
