Slow-Roasted Brussel Sprouts

12 oz. fresh Brussel Sprouts, stems removed, halved
2-4 Tbs. Olive Oil
Sea Salt, to taste
Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 8 x 8-inch baking dish, toss halved brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake, uncovered, for 25-35 minutes, or until a fork is inserted easily.
