Veggie Sandwich w/ Garlic-Italian Spread

Bread *see list below
Garlic-Italian Cream Cheese Spread *see recipe below

Use any combination of these raw Vegetables:
Cucumber, peeled and sliced
Lettuce leaves
Red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
Sprouts
Avocado, peeled, seeded, and sliced
Tomato, sliced

Bread Options:
Any sliced sandwich style
Bagels
Tortilla wraps

Cream Cheese Spread Recipe:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temp.
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large fresh garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

To make cream cheese spread: In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Using a mixer, whip until well blended. Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The longer it sets the more time it has to blend the flavors and firm up the cheese. Makes approx. 1 cup.

To Assemble Sandwich:
Spread some of the cream cheese mixture onto your choice of bread. Layer your vegetables on top.
