Healthier Popcorn

A guilt-free way to enjoy this movie-time favorite!

1/4 cup popcorn kernels
Olive oil, to drizzle
Sea salt, to taste
Brown paper lunch bag

Place the kernels into a brown paper lunch bag, and fold top over. Place in microwave and cook 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. *You will hear the popping noise slow down in between pops, letting you know it is just about ready. Listen closely, as it can burn very quickly!

Carefully remove the bag and pour popcorn into a large bowl. Repeat process until you have desired amount of popcorn. *I don't pop more than 1/4 cup at a time, due to space in brown paper bag. The more you place in the bag, the less kernels that actually pop.

Drizzle popcorn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Toss to evenly coat.

Tip: If you have a popcorn air-popper, feel free to use that instead!
