You must enter their free online "Papa Rewards" Program by 6 PM EST, to be eligible! If the Superbowl toss lands on "heads" in tonight's game, then all enrolled in the program will get one FREE large 1-topping pizza AND one 2-Liter Pepsi Max! If the coin does land on heads, then you should receive an email from Papa John's, with further instruction. I love this reward program because each time I order through Papa John's I accumulate points. After 25 points, I get a free large pizza! Whoo-hoo!
