All-Natural Crock Pot Applesauce
1 cup apple juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbs. pure honey (optional)
Cut each cored apple into 8 wedges. Add apples and apple juice to crock pot.
Cook in crock pot, on LOW, for 5 to 6 hours or until they fall apart and slightly mushy. Stir occasionally, to break up apples.
Transfer apples to a food processor or blender. Add seasonings and honey. Blend it until desired consistency.
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate in a sealed container.
Make about 4-5 cups, depending on the size of your apples
