Grilled Corn-on-the-Cob

4 ears of  corn, unhusked
4 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat grill. Peel back each corn husk, keeping the husk attached. Remove and discard the corn silk.

In a small bowl, mix butter, salt, and pepper. Spread about 1 tablespoon of butter over each ear of corn. Close husk around corn.

Wrap each husk in foil. Place on grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

Tip: Change the flavor by adding a dried herb such as--dill, oregano, basil or  minced fresh garlic to your butter mixture, prior to spreading it on!
