Tax-Free Days for School Supplies (Aug. 3 - 5 *for most states)

Check out the Tax-Free Day School Supply schedule, by state, for 2012. It designates specific days, in the month of August, for back to school items, which may include-- supplies, books, clothing, footwear, computers, and/or sports equipment. It will also tell you the guidelines for each state, as well as which specific items are tax-free! A few states run their tax-free days later in August, so be sure to check the dates!
