Even my son, who dislikes potatoes, had two servings!
3 Lbs. red potatoes, unpeeled, diced bite-sized
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 oz. packet of Ranch Dressing mix
In a small bowl, stir together the soup, sour cream, and Ranch dressing packet. Place diced potatoes in the crock pot. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6 hours, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
