Giveaway Rules & Policy Disclosure

For all the people obsessed with reading the fine print...like me.

Giveaway Official Rules:

*Giveaways are for United States residents only, 18 years old and older.
*Follow the entry steps as indicated on each giveaway.

*All forms of entry will be validated, so please don't "unlike" any pages required, or you will be disqualified.

*All information collected is only to aid in selecting and contacting the giveaway winner, unless entry specifically states that you are subscribing to something (ex: newsletter).

*If winner did not complete required entries, winner will be disqualified.

*The giveaway will be identical to the product I reviewed, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway.

*Only one winner will be selected per giveaway, through Rafflecopter, using Random.org (unless otherwise indicated).

*When Pigs Fly will make one attempt to notify the winner via email only, within 3 days of the giveaway ending date. We encourage participates to check their spam box, to ensure they don't have a winner's notification. 

*Winner has 3 days to reply back with their shipping information, from the date the notification email is sent. If winner does not respond in the allotted time frame, a new winner will be selected.

*Winner's will be announced using their first name with last initial, city, and state on the When Pigs Fly "Giveaway Winners" page, and the Giveaway post itself. Occasionally  we also announce it on our Facebook page.

*The giveaway item is free of charge and will be shipped directly to you by the company sponsoring the giveaway, within three weeks of your shipping information received.

*Jennifer Van Dahm is not responsible if sponsor does not fulfill their end, although we will do our best to make to make sure they do!
*This Giveaway promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and/or any other web provider.
